Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Representative located in Kokomo, IN. The Business Development Representative will be responsible for generating leads, managing inside sales, and fostering relationships with potential clients. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, identifying new business opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, and meeting sales targets.
