
Sales Business Development Executive

BOS Medical Staffing is expanding and seeking a high-energy, relationship-driven Sales Professional who thrives on prospecting, opening doors, and winning new accounts.
This is a new client acquisition role focused on selling staffing solutions to healthcare organizations. You’ll build trusted relationships with decision-makers, uncover workforce challenges, and help facilities secure high-quality clinical talent. This role does not include recruiting responsibilities — your focus is sales.
Location: Hybrid role based in Athens, GA. In-person a few days per month. Candidates may commute from surrounding areas.

What You’ll Do
Lead new client acquisition across healthcare settings including hospitals, long‑term care/skilled nursing, assisted living, behavioral health, correctional facilities, crisis prevention, and occupational health
Proactively prospect and engage administrators, Directors of Nursing (DONs), HR leaders, and procurement teams
Conduct discovery conversations to understand staffing needs, compliance requirements, and operational challenges
Present tailored medical staffing solutions aligned to client goals, timelines, and budgets
Own the full sales cycle : target lists, outreach, discovery, proposals, pricing, negotiation, and close
Collaborate closely with recruiting and operations to ensure strong delivery and client satisfaction
Represent BOS Medical Staffing at facility visits, industry events, and networking opportunities
Participate in weekly sales meetings and one‑on‑one coaching with your sales manager
Maintain accurate activity, pipeline, and client data in CRM and data management systems
Follow a defined sales process that supports accountability while preserving autonomy
What We’re Looking For
Proven success in B2B service‑based sales (healthcare staffing preferred)
A true hunter mindset with disciplined prospecting and pipeline creation
Comfort with outbound outreach and initiating conversations with senior decision‑makers
Executive‑level communication and consultative selling skills
Strong business acumen, including pricing, margins, and contract terms
Ability to navigate complex buying environments and multiple stakeholders
High integrity, personal accountability, and strong CRM discipline
