What to Expect
Lead territory strategy by optimizing store coverage and identifying high-value opportunities with retail partners
Build strong relationships with retail partners to drive sell-through performance and ensure brand standards
Coach and manage a team of field sales/marketing managers to meet sales and execution goals
Deliver engaging product and sales training to internal teams and retail partners
Track and report on key performance indicators to optimize field deployment and enhance performance
What is Required
Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of retail or field sales experience, preferably in consumer electronics
Strong communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills
Self-starter mindset with organizational skills and accountability
Willingness to travel frequently, approximately 80-90% of the time
