What to Expect Responsibilities Lead territory strategy by identifying high-value opportunities and optimizing store coverage across retail partners
Drive sell-through performance by supporting stores and empowering teams to grow
Deliver high-impact product and sales training to internal teams and retail partners
Monitor and validate marketing initiatives, promotions, and brand activations
Track and report on key performance indicators related to sales and execution compliance
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of retail or field sales experience, preferably in consumer electronics
Strong communication, coaching, and relationship-building abilities
Self-starter mindset with organizational skills and accountability
Comfort with frequent travel (80-90%) and a dynamic schedule
Preferred Qualifications Proven leadership and coaching experience with distributed field teams
Experienced in driving sell-through and managing retail programs
Strong project management skills with attention to detail
Ability to analyze data quickly and make informed decisions
Effective communication and presentation skills
