Roles & Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management: Building and sustaining long‑lasting relationships with new and existing customers based within an assigned sales territory.
Face‑to‑Face Meetings: Traveling to conduct face‑to‑face meetings with existing and potential customers, fostering stronger connections and understanding their unique needs.
Sales Target Achievement: Continually meeting or exceeding sales targets by selling to new and existing customers, ensuring consistent revenue growth.
Sales Strategy: Developing and implementing an effective sales strategy to drive sales, including identifying key market opportunities and positioning Brilyant’s offerings effectively.
Negotiation Skills: Strategically negotiating with potential and existing customers to close sales, demonstrating a keen understanding of their needs and how Brilyant’s solutions meet those needs.
Product Knowledge: Demonstrating a strong understanding of our products, competition, and effective positioning.
Qualification:
2+ years of experience in field‑based information technology solutions sales.
5+ years of industry experience in business development and/or direct quota‑driven sales roles focused on margin attainment.
A strong ability to assess buyer needs, with a proven track record of closing deals with medium to large enterprises.
Demonstrated expertise in upselling and cross‑selling, with a track record of closing deals worth millions of dollars.
A proven track record of acquiring new business with medium to large enterprises.
Strong relationship‑building skills with the ability to nurture client connections.
A track record of consistently achieving or surpassing sales targets.
Active prospecting, demand generation, and qualification of opportunities
Understanding of the following technologies:
End‑user computing
Unified communications
Mobility – both devices and Mobility Management Solutions and services.
IoT
AI
Solid relationships with OEMs such as Apple, Lenovo, HPI, Samsung, Dell/EMC, HPE, and Microsoft
Experience working collaboratively with an account executive in a high‑volume and fast‑paced environment
Ability to decipher and understand the market and analyze industry insight
Strong technology expertise and problem‑solving using the latest tech
Efficient at time management
