Role Description
This is a full‑time, on‑site Account Manager role based in Delray Beach, FL. The Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, managing accounts, and driving sales. Key responsibilities include identifying customer needs, creating custom proposals, coordinating with the design and logistics teams, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the order process. Additional tasks involve maintaining accurate records, meeting sales targets, and contributing to the growth and success of the company.
Qualifications
Strong customer relationship and communication skills to build trust, address client inquiries, and deliver exceptional customer service.
Experience in account management, sales, and developing client‑focused solutions to meet sales targets.
Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple accounts, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines effectively.
Proficiency in using CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and other productivity software to manage client interactions and maintain accurate records.
Knowledge of promotional products or eco‑friendly initiatives is a plus, as well as familiarity with customization and supply chain processes.
Analytical skills to assess client needs and create proposals that align with their goals and brand identity.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
Proactive attitude with a passion for sustainability and creating innovative solutions for clients.
