Referral Outreach Marketing Manager (Austin) Location: Austin, TX Schedule: Monday - Friday | Occasional evenings and weekends for events Travel: Local travel throughout the Austin area required About the Role We are seeking a Referral Outreach Marketing Manager to support pediatric dental and orthodontic practices throughout the Greater Austin area . This role focuses on building and maintaining referral relationships within the local community to help grow new patient referrals. The Marketing Manager regularly meets with pediatricians, dentists, schools, and community organizations while representing our practices in a professional and engaging way. This is a field-based marketing leadership role ideal for someone who enjoys networking, relationship building, and driving community partnerships. What You'll Do Build and maintain referral relationships with pediatricians, dentists, schools, and community partners Travel regularly throughout the Austin region visiting referral partners and supported practices Develop outreach strategies to increase new patient referrals Organize and attend community events, presentations, and networking opportunities Coordinate marketing materials and promotional items for outreach visits Capture photos and videos for social media content and local marketing campaigns Track outreach activity and referral growth using a CRM system Work closely with corporate marketing, regional leadership, and office teams to support practice growth What We're Looking For 3+ years of experience in marketing, sales, or community outreach Experience in field marketing or healthcare/dental preferred Strong communication and relationship-building skills Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple locations and priorities Strategic thinker who can identify partnership and growth opportunities Professional, energetic, and comfortable working in the community Additional Requirements Must live in or near Austin, TX Personal vehicle required (mileage reimbursed) Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Willingness to attend occasional evening or weekend events Occasional travel may be required Why Join Us You’ll play a key role in helping families connect with high-quality pediatric dental and orthodontic care while building meaningful partnerships throughout the Austin community. #J-18808-Ljbffr
