Adecco Creative and Marketing is seeking a dynamic, detail‑oriented professional to support the strategy, development, and execution of enterprise direct mail marketing for our client. This role plays a key part in bringing direct mail campaigns and innovations to market. The ideal candidate will manage multiple monthly campaigns, collaborate closely with business partners, and leverage data to drive ongoing improvements. Comfort working with creative agencies to guide development is essential.

Primary Responsibilities
Manage the creative execution of monthly direct mail marketing campaigns.
Engage daily with cross-functional partners including marketing teams, creative agencies, and platform integration groups.
Execute and produce direct mail for multiple products targeting existing customers and new prospects.
Oversee development updates and test strategies throughout all phases of the execution workflow, partnering with marketing, agency, legal, brand, product, and channel teams.
Clearly communicate options, trade-offs, and recommendations to stakeholders.
Break down complex projects into manageable workstreams and maintain timelines.
Drive simplification efforts to improve overall capacity and productivity.

2–5+ years of experience managing and executing direct marketing campaigns.
Strong knowledge of direct mail tactics and creative development.
Understanding of HTML with the ability to read and write logic statements.
Required Qualifications
2–5+ years of experience managing and executing direct marketing campaigns.
Knowledge of direct mail strategy, production, and creative development.
Ability to understand HTML and write basic logic statements.
Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
Proven ability to identify, analyze, and solve problems.
Understanding of rules and regulations governing mail marketing.
Experience collaborating with creative vendor partners.
Self‑motivated and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced, matrixed environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Minimum education: High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
