Base pay range $40.00/hr - $58.00/hr Marketing Automation Support 7 Month Initial Contract Pay: $40-58/hr + benefits offered!! Job Description: We are seeking an experienced operational marketing automation consultant to assist in various activities related to Email Marketing Campaigns, Personalization Campaigns, and A/B Testing using Adobe Marketo. The consultant will be responsible for tasks such as: Creating and optimizing landing pages and forms Building and executing conceptualized personalization campaigns Designing and executing A/B tests for existing campaigns Setting up and executing drip/nurture campaigns with complex logic Audience segmentation to drive targeted communications Creating lead scoring rules to improve conversions Enhancing data hygiene to optimize database health and delivery rates Enriching data for better audience insights and engagement Supporting database optimization efforts, including building normalization campaigns, segmentation, data enrichment, deliverability campaigns, and overall database clean-up Ensuring marketing forms are compliant and optimized Managing marcom projects within Wrike for project management Experience: Marketo Certified Expert 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing automation with strong administrative expertise in Marketo and Salesforce Experience working within a matrix organization, with prior agency experience being a plus Strong understanding of database structure, data hygiene, analytics, and attribution Expertise in lead scoring, lead nurturing, segmentation, personalization, and other lead/customer management practices Proficiency in HTML and CSS In-depth knowledge of compliance regulations (e.g., CAN-SPAM) Seniority level Associate Employment type Contract Job function Marketing and Administrative Industries Administrative and Support Services, Pharmaceutical Manufacturing, and Marketing Services #J-18808-Ljbffr
