This position is ideal for a high-energy sales specialist who thrives on high-volume phone outreach and possesses the grit to turn inquiries into high-quality appointments. Core Responsibilities Own the Outreach: Execute the “first touch” on leads generated from Google, Facebook, Instagram, and other digital platforms. Fuel the Pipeline: Re-engage and convert raw inquiries into qualified appointments for the senior consulting team. Drive Volume: Maintain a consistent, high-energy phone presence while navigating high daily dial volumes. Master the “Open”: Build instant rapport with leads to re-ignite interest and create opportunity. Ideal Industry Experience (not required) Financial Services (Consumer Direct / Intake) Home Services (Solar, Roofing, HVAC, etc.) Real Estate (High-volume Inside Sales/ISA) The Requirements Phone Stamina: You are a “beast” on the phones and genuinely love the grind of the hunt. Conversion Logic: You can think on your feet, handle objections, and “open the door” for a sale. Resilience: You understand that persistent follow-up is the key to winning with digital leads.
