Service Writer

We are looking for an enthusiastic, high-energy, motivate new team member who is willing to work hard, learn and always put the customer first! Responsibilities Assisting the Service Manager with Interacting with customers & team mates in a friendly & helpful manner in order to create a comfortable relationship with the customer Effectively scheduling service appointments Assist associates in ordering and organizing work within company policies and guidelines Ensure a safe and clean store environment, positive, long term customer relations and associate satisfaction. Complete additional projects as assigned by the service manager. Job Requirements A positive attitude & willingness to learn. 1 to 2 years automotive industry experience preferred High school diploma or its equivalency. Knowledge of the automotive industry (preferred) A professional personal appearance Oral and written communication skills; and an ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
