We are looking for an enthusiastic, high-energy, motivated new team member who is willing to work hard, learn and always put the customer first! Responsibilities:
Assisting the Service Manager with interacting with customers & team mates in a friendly & helpful manner in order to create a comfortable relationship with the customer. Effectively scheduling service appointments. Assisting associates in ordering and organizing work within company policies and guidelines. Ensuring a safe and clean store environment, positive, long term customer relations and associate satisfaction. Complete additional projects as assigned by the service manager. Job Requirements:
A positive attitude & willingness to learn. 1 to 2 years automotive industry experience preferred. High school diploma or its equivalency. Knowledge of the automotive industry (preferred). A professional personal appearance. Oral and written communication skills; and an ability to read and comprehend instructions and information. Basic computer skills. Must have and maintain a valid driver's license.
