Installation Sales Business Development Manager - East Coast

The Installation Business Development Manager will be based out of either our Chatsworth, CA location or our Nashville, TN location and will focus on the East Coast. This is a mid-level position at a globally leading LED display manufacturer. The candidate will be responsible for managing ROE’s Installation team. As the LED Installation Manager, you'll lead and manage teams to ensure successful and efficient installation of LED lighting systems, coordinating with clients, architects, internal teams, and suppliers, while maintaining quality and safety standards. This is a highly collaborative role, which requires excellent organization, attention to detail, clear communication, and a passion for problem-solving. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Lead, mentor, and support installation teams to achieve high performance and professional growth Develop and implement installation strategies and processes, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and external partners to schedule and manage installations, addressing any concerns or questions Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards Analyze installation metrics and customer feedback to continuously improve processes and service delivery Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the installation phase, ensuring satisfaction Ensure all installations are completed safely and in accordance with relevant regulations and standards QUALIFICATIONS Previous experience in management, and/or sales in the Entertainment Industry Ability to build rapport with clients Knowledge of video-related products and subsequent terminology Knowledge and experience supporting Windows operating systems Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills Strong attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills PREFERRED SKILLS Experience or familiarity with: SAP, Monday.com Familiarity and understanding of LED displays Live event production industry experience WHO WE ARE ROE Visual is the leading LED creative display manufacturer in the industry.
