Ansell is looking for a Regional Portfolio Marketing Intern to join our team in MetroPark! Our Summer Internship Program will run on a hybrid schedule requiring a minimum of 2 days per week in our Iselin, NJ Corporate office from June through August.
The Regional Category Marketing Manager is seeking a Regional Portfolio Marketing intern that will be responsible for shaping content around portfolio architecture, unique selling propositions and vertical focus. The intern will also provide micro/macro level insights by focusing verticals and key competitors to help inform our commercial unit and business unit partners on trends that impact our NA business (inclusive of the Industrial, medical and scientific spaces). They will accomplish this by using a variety of industry and competitor information sources. They will also provide the framework to inform and educate the relevant NA stakeholders. This person will also assist the Regional Category Marketing Manager on the day‑to‑day activities of the NA product category initiatives. This internship will engage with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.

What your role will be?
Collaborate cross‑functionally on portfolio architecture projects and sales tools.
Research micro/macro level insights by core verticals and sub‑verticals using various information sources to help inform our commercial unit and business unit partners on trends that impact our NA business.
Execute deep dive into key competitor trends/insights (including pricing trends) by product category and focus verticals.
Create comprehensive report/PPT deck for each commercial unit on all macro and micro level market insights in addition competitive intel for each one of our core product categories to assist in strategy development.
Develop education and dissemination strategy on the best practices to inform all of the relevant NA stakeholders on insights gathered.
Support ad hoc projects associated with the roles and responsibilities of this position or the marketing organization needs.
