Salary: 65k to 75k Role Overview The Wellness Content Strategist supports the development and execution of the Rate App's content ecosystem across financial wellness, fitness, mindfulness, and lifestyle programming. This role works closely with the Head of Content Strategy to research emerging topics, identify expert talent, and help develop structured content programming that enhances the user experience within the Rate App. The ideal candidate has experience in wellness, digital content, or consumer apps and understands how educational and lifestyle content can be organized to drive engagement and deliver meaningful value to users. Key Responsibilities Content Research & Topic Development Personal wellness Mindfulness and mental health Lifestyle and personal development Assist in developing content topics and programming for the Rate App, including Financial wellness journeys Life moment topics (home buying, financial stress, career growth) Wellness resets and mindset content Content Programming Support Help organize content into structured categories and experiences that are easy for users to navigate, including Thematic video series Topic-based content collections Wellness and financial lifestyle programming Expert Talent Scouting Identify and help recruit subject matter experts across relevant areas Support outreach, vetting, and coordination of expert contributors Programming Coordination Collaborate across teams to ensure content is organized clearly and aligned with the overall user experience, including Content production team Instructors and expert contributors Internal product and marketing teams Content Insights & Optimization Monitor engagement with content to help identify High-performing topics Opportunities to expand programming Provide recommendations for evolving the content library.
