What You’ll Do Own and grow a portfolio of Up Market customers in Texas
Build deep relationships with business leaders & C-level executives
Drive cross-sell and upsell across UCaaS, CCaaS, Contact Center, AI & WFO
Lead strategic account planning, QBRs, and long-term CX transformation
Partner with SEs, Channel, Professional Services & Customer Success
Ensure adoption, renewals, and expansion across your customer base
Consistently meet/exceed ARR and growth targets
What We’re Looking For 5 years in UCaaS, CCaaS, SaaS, Cloud Communications, or similar
Strong experience managing and expanding complex enterprise accounts
Proven success in cross-sell/upsell and quota achievement
Excellent executive communication & relationship-building skills
Strategic thinker with a customer-first mindset
Located in Texas, with ability to travel for key customer meetings

Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time. Certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including discretionary merit increases, bonus and/or stock. Certain roles have the opportunity to earn sales variable compensation incentives based on the terms of the plan and the employee’s role.Salary Ranges: $186,375.00 – $310,625.
