Role Overview As an Account Executive, you’ll own a region and vertical, delivering against quota while building strong CXO‑level relationships. You’ll act as a trusted advisor, navigating complex sales cycles, positioning Zinier’s solutions, and collaborating cross‑functionally to ensure customer success.
Key Responsibilities Deliver against quota in assigned region and vertical
Report sales activities in CRM and track progress toward goals
Build and manage pipeline with quarterly forecasting
Collaborate cross‑functionally to ensure customer success
Navigate complex opportunities, addressing success factors and competitive dynamics
Act as a trusted advisor by understanding customer IT roadmaps and positioning Zinier’s solutions
Represent Zinier in a high‑growth startup environment
Eligibility Requirements Minimum 5 years of software sales experience (SaaS preferred)
Background in Field Service, Workforce Management, or Asset Management industries desirable
Proven track record of exceeding quota and closing complex deals
Strong communication skills (verbal, written, presentations)
Ability to explain high‑tech concepts to diverse audiences
Thrives in fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environments
Experience in startup or entrepreneurial settings preferred
Strong time management, prioritization, and self‑motivation
