Licensed Commercial Property and Casualty Account Manager

Our client is seeking a Commercial Insurance Account Manager to join their team. You'll be the main point of contact for our valued commercial clients, guiding them through their insurance needs, managing renewals, and ensuring they have the right coverage to protect their ventures. Responsibilities Active Property and Casualty License Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of commercial insurance clients, ensuring their needs are met with exceptional service. Develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients, understanding their evolving business needs and insurance requirements. Manage the renewal process for commercial accounts, including gathering information, preparing proposals, and negotiating terms with carriers. Process policy changes, endorsements, and certificates of insurance accurately and efficiently. Respond promptly and effectively to client inquiries, claims, and service requests, providing timely solutions. Collaborate with underwriters and carriers to secure competitive terms and coverage for clients. Stay informed about industry trends, new products, and relevant legislation to provide expert advice. Requirements Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar client-facing role, preferably with commercial insurance. Deep understanding of commercial insurance policies, including General Liability, Workers' Compensation, Commercial Auto, and Property. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex insurance terms clearly. Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail for managing policy documentation and client information. Proficiency in using agency management systems and standard office software.
