The Marketing Integrations & Onboarding Coordinator is responsible for executing the end-to-end marketing, brand, and go-to-market integration of newly acquired firms. This role ensures acquired firms are successfully transitioned to one brand , fully onboarded into the firm’s marketing and growth platform, and positioned to accelerate growth post-close. This is a hands-on, execution-oriented role that blends marketing expertise, project management, internal communications and change management leadership . The role serves as the day-to-day quarterback for marketing integrations and helps to create positive and effective experience for acquired firm partners and advisors. Duties and Responsibilities The role can be expected to focus on the following areas: Lead execution of full brand transitions for acquired firms, including website, brand, positioning, signage, collateral and digital asset alignment. Ensure consistent brand adoption across channels. Coordinate closely with digital, compliance, and IT teams to ensure timely, compliant and secure integrations. Lead and support the development and rollout of market-specific go-to-market plans for priority new markets, including but not limited to local marketing and advisor-specific, digital demand or other growth channel opportunities. Partner closely with advisory to ensure timely and optimized integrations occur, including assessment of team readiness, adoption of the Savant way and ability to close business. Own the marketing integration workplan for each acquisition, including timelines, Act as the primary marketing liaison for acquired firm leadership and internal integration teams. Track progress against milestones and elevate issues proactively. Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities to improve processes and playbooks, including onboarding experience, speed to brand transition, client communication playbooks etc. Partner with leadership to update and refine playbooks, templates, and SOPs as acquisition volume scales. Serve as a trusted, calm presence for acquired firm leaders and advisors navigating change. Clearly, consistently and effectively communicate with newly acquired team members throughout the process to help them understand what is changing, why and when it is changing and how it benefits them. Balance empathy with accountability to ensure deadlines and standards are met. Core Competencies Ability to execute full brand transitions and marketing integrations with speed, accuracy, and consistency across digital, content, and advisor-facing channels. Strong understanding of how marketing platforms, demand generation, and local market activation support advisor growth post-acquisition. Proven ability to manage complex, multi-workstream integrations, timelines, dependencies, and risks in fast-paced M&A environments. Ability to build trust with acquired firm leadership and advisors, communicate change clearly, and guide teams through transition without formal authority. Experience developing and executing against defined playbooks while continuously identifying opportunities to improve onboarding, integration, and scalability. Fluency working across Marketing, M&A, Wealth, IT, Compliance, and Operations to ensure seamless integration and alignment. Strong judgment and open-minded approach in prioritizing work, assessing pivots or tweaks to process based on growth impact, advisor adoption, risk, and enterprise value creation. Adaptable and can easily thrive in ambiguity and fast-paced change. Ability to understand the economics of M&A and where to make practical tradeoffs where appropriate. Ability to connect marketing decisions to growth, retention, and advisor productivity. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in communications or marketing preferred 6+ years of progressive experience in marketing, marketing operations, brand, growth or related role within a professional services firm. Demonstrated experience managing complex, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders and tight timelines. Hands‑on experience with brand transitions, website migrations, or large‑scale marketing change initiatives. Strong working knowledge of digital marketing fundamentals, including Websites/CMS, SEO, Paid media, email marketing, CRM and marketing automation. Proven ability to translate strategy into detailed execution plans and drive work to completion. Experience partnering with senior leaders, advisors, or client‑facing teams in change‑driven environments. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to lead onboarding sessions and integration meetings. Comfort operating in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments where priorities and timelines may shift. Strong business judgement and problem‑solving skills with a bias toward practical and scalable solutions.
