We provide full-service support across social media, paid advertising, website development, influencer partnerships, email and SMS marketing, reputation management, and performance analytics. About This Role
This role owns client strategy, execution, and marketing performance.
As the Marketing Manager, you are responsible for planning campaigns, executing directly inside marketing platforms, improving results week over week, and ensuring every account you manage grows consistently. You are not just directing work, you are doing the work.
You will manage a high volume of accounts (25+, depending on complexity and service tier), but you are not responsible for the entire account lifecycle.
You do not own onboarding, customer service, daily requests, billing, or administrative coordination. These responsibilities are handled by Customer Success and other teams, so your focus stays protected around strategy, creative execution, optimization, and growth.
You operate as both strategist and operator, balancing big-picture thinking with hands-on implementation across social, paid ads, email, and content. This is a production and performance role with real ownership and accountability.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
1) Account Success
Account Oversight : Ensure the overall success of each client account
Account Optimization : Perform ongoing weekly optimizations for social profiles and related assets
2) Content Creation
Content & Ads Management : Create graphics, manage social media content, paid ads, and brand visuals
Email & SMS Campaigns : Create and manage email and SMS campaigns to drive customer engagement
3) Client Growth
Growth Strategy : Find and implement growth strategies to grow clients’ Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok accounts
Industry Research : Conduct ongoing industry research to stay ahead of restaurant and marketing trends
Performance Reporting : Report on performance metrics, identify insights, and recommend strategic improvements
Analytics-Driven Strategy : Use analytics to inform future content decisions, campaign direction, and client recommendations
Influencer Outreach : Develop and manage relationships with top local influencers to drive reach, credibility, and consistent visibility for our clients’ brands.
Shoot Planning : Design and plan high-impact photo and video shoots that elevate client accounts, using insights from research, analytics, and performance reports to guide creative direction.
Creative Coordination : Coordinate with creative teams and manage content shoots
Content Collaboration : Collaborate with the content team to push boundaries with trendy, high-performing assets
Web Collaboration : Work with the web team to develop best-in-class restaurant websites aligned with brand goals
5) Client Alignment
Client Alignment : Partner with the onboarding/client success team to stay informed on client details and updates
Client Communication : Conduct weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or quarterly client check-ins to assess needs, gather feedback, and make proactive adjustments
What You’ll Get
Starting Compensation
$17-22/hr. Compensation is tiered based on graphic design experience, strategy capability, execution quality, speed, ownership, and ability to independently manage client accounts and drive measurable results.
Growth Path

Must-Haves
Execution & Production: Strong graphic design and content creation skills (Canva or Adobe) and the ability to execute directly inside marketing platforms (social, ads, email, SMS), balancing strategy with hands-on implementation daily.
Analytics & Performance Thinking: Strong analytics and reporting skills with an analytical mindset and the ability to translate data into action and measurable outcomes.
Ownership & Work Ethic: High ownership and follow-through without reminders, commitment to producing consistently high-quality work, and the ability to remain consistent under pressure.
Capacity & Organization: Ability to manage content scheduling for 25+ client accounts, depending on complexity and service tier, without sacrificing quality, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Growth & Adaptability: Fast learner who stays current with trends and adapts quickly, with leadership potential and a clear desire to grow into greater responsibility.
Commute: Reliable commute to our Fairfield, NJ office (in-person role).
