Atlantic Group is seeking a Sr. Marketing Associate in Beverly, MA to join a well-established, publicly traded global asset management firm. This is a unique opportunity to join a team that is actively building and expanding its advisor marketing capabilities in-house. The role sits within Global Marketing and offers strong visibility, cross-functional exposure, and meaningful ownership across integrated marketing initiatives. In this role, you will support the execution and implementation of integrated marketing programs across U.S. wealth channels, particularly RIAs and broker-dealer partners. The ideal candidate blends strategic thinking with strong execution skills and understands how to engage financial advisors across multiple marketing touchpoints.
Responsibilities
Support the execution of integrated channel marketing programs across digital, email, paid media, print, and events
Maintain program calendars, timelines, and performance tracking across multiple concurrent initiatives
Assist in lead generation and advisor segmentation strategies, using data to optimize engagement and ROI
Partner cross-functionally with Client Solutions, Product Strategy, Legal, Compliance, Sales, and Operations to ensure timely and compliant execution
Ensure brand consistency and quality standards across all advisor-facing materials
Help manage workflows across marketing channels to maintain alignment with broader business goals
Track campaign effectiveness and provide reporting insights to improve future initiatives
Qualifications
3–5 years of marketing experience within asset management or wealth management
Familiarity with advisor distribution channels (RIA, broker-dealer, independent firms)
Experience supporting coordinated marketing efforts across multiple channels
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
Comfort working cross-functionally with sales, product, compliance, and operations
Exposure to marketing analytics and CRM/automation tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, GA, etc.)
Understanding of investment products; alternatives/private markets experience is a plus
