Our client is seeking a creative and dedicated Sales Business Development Professional to be part of their client centric technology and equipment sales team. They are looking for someone who is a self-starter and who is not afraid to close the deal while taking necessary steps to develop life-long business relationships. Pay Range $50K - $60K + uncapped commission Schedule Monday through Friday, 8AM to 5PM Hybrid Remote/Office Hybrid Remote/Office scheduling available after 90 days Role Summary This role is centered on outbound business development, revitalizing inactive accounts, converting inbound inquiries into long-term partnerships, and closing profitable hardware solutions for business clients. Main Responsibilities Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Developing and maintaining an ever expanding customer base focused on selling technology products to businesses including new and refurbished: computers, laptops, monitors, printers, phones, phone systems, telecommunications equipment, and peripherals, as well as IT Asset Disposition (ITAD) Develop an extensive knowledge of our products to better serve our clients needs Develop, Buildand Maintain strong, sustainable relationships with clients Be able to accurately gather details, facts, and information from clients and make confident suggestions Follow‑up with Clients as needed to cultivate relationships Actively search for, locate, develop and close sales of product and services Provide consultation for all clients on products and services, provided by the company Meet and Exceed Profit and Productivity goals Requirements and Qualifications 3+ years of Out‑Bound B2B Sales and Customer Service experience Associate Degree (preferred but not required) Technology or Telecom Industry Experience (preferred) A sense of humor Team player but can just as easily shift in to high‑gear as a self‑motivated problem solving machine Hard working, positive attitude Ability to adapt to and work with, various individuals external and internal to the company Ability to develop and present presentations to new and existing customers Positively embraces; learning, change, problem-solving, and multitasking Creative, Innovative, Energetic, and Professionally Inquisitive Consistently act with integrity, honesty and caring towards all levels of business partners and customers Basic Office Functions - Microsoft Office, E-Mail, Phones, Computers, and Interaction with Management Supportive and Motivational Leadership Highly Competitive Base Pay with an Excellent Commission program Ability to work with the best sales team in Jacksonville Monthly Training Sessions to improve both professional and personal skills Health, Vision, and Dental Offered Free Life Insurance PaidHolidays PaidVacation Generous Employee Discount Program Schedule #J-18808-Ljbffr
