This role is built for someone who personally creates short‑form video, understands performance metrics, and wants to grow inside a fast‑moving brand environment. You will work alongside another content creator and report to the Organic Social & Influencer Manager. This is an execution‑focused role with real ownership and visibility. What You’ll Own Daily Content Creation & Execution Personally shoot and edit short‑form video content for TikTok and Reels Develop strong hooks designed to improve retention in the first 2–3 seconds Write performance‑driven captions aligned with brand voice Create both evergreen and trend‑responsive content You should be comfortable producing content quickly and frequently, while maintaining quality and brand consistency. Translating Brand Direction into Platform‑Native Content Take campaign messaging and convert it into social‑first creative Adapt messaging for different platforms and audience behavior Collaborate with internal stakeholders and bring concepts to life Help coordinate on‑camera participation from internal teams and clinic staff You will regularly implement ideas that originate from broader brand strategy. Growth & Performance Optimization Monitor performance metrics including watch time, hook retention, engagement rate, shares, click‑through rate, and follower growth Identify high‑performing organic posts and collaborate on boosting strategy to maximize reach, engagement, and conversion Use analytics tools such as Meta Insights, Sprout Social, or similar platforms Test variations of content formats and improve based on data Contribute to measurable organic growth Creativity and performance go hand in hand in this role. UGC & Creator Coordination Identify and source user‑generated content aligned with brand standards Support outreach and communication with UGC creators Provide creative direction and briefs Evaluate asset quality and performance Understand the distinction between influencer campaigns and performance‑driven UGC UGC will be a core part of strengthening Milan’s authenticity and social proof. What Success Looks Like (First 6 Months) Consistent short‑form video production Strong improvement in hook performance and retention Clear engagement and follower growth Effective integration of UGC into content mix Smart trend application with brand discipline Identification of organic content suitable for paid amplification Demonstrated ability to take direction and execute independently Who You Are 2 to 5 years of hands‑on social media content creation experience You personally shoot and edit short‑form video Fluent in TikTok and Reels platform behavior Comfortable discussing hooks, pacing, retention, and algorithm impact Experience in beauty, fashion, wellness, lifestyle, or consumer brands preferred Experience working with UGC or influencer coordination Energized by collaboration Comfortable being featured in brand content Curious, performance‑minded, and organized Motivated to grow professionally inside a scaling brand Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, media production, or equivalent experience preferred Proficiency in CapCut, Canva, in‑app editing tools, or similar platforms Experience with social management and analytics tools Why Milan Milan is a fast‑growing national brand with real momentum and strong community engagement.
