Position Summary The Account Manager serves as the primary relationship manager for assigned client accounts. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional service, coordinating staffing needs, and growing existing accounts through strong partnerships and proactive communication. This is a client-facing role ideal for someone who enjoys relationship management, problem solving, and helping businesses solve workforce challenges. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts Manage job order intake and clearly communicate client staffing needs Conduct on-site client visits and maintain strong working relationships Partner closely with recruiting teams to ensure timely and accurate candidate placement Monitor service quality and resolve client concerns quickly and professionallyMaintain accurate documentation for client accounts and job orders Identify opportunities to expand services within existing accounts Support branch operations and contribute to client retention and growth Qualifications Previous experience in account management, customer service, or a client-facing role (staffing industry experience is a plus) Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Comfortable working both in the office and on-site with clients Professional, dependable, and solution-oriented mindset Performance-based bonus opportunities Monday–Friday schedule with strong work-life balance Opportunity to grow into senior account management or leadership roles Collaborative and supportive team environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
