Role Jebwa is hiring a marketing associate with a successful track record of managing paid digital marketing campaigns to deliver outstanding revenue growth. The role will report to the Head of Marketing: Work with key social media platforms primarily Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, as well as seek out and develop new and emerging platforms that can help grow our customer base Creating, implementing, launching, testing and optimizing paid social campaigns and strategies on a daily basis Working closely and collaboratively with internal creative, brand and technology teams to develop and execute integrated creative ideas, plans and strategies, as well as partner with external media agencies Developing and owning goals and performance metrics for your campaigns; monitoring regularly to understand effectiveness of strategies and identify opportunities for improvement Presenting to senior leadership regularly on key business metrics, and progress to goals Partner with Product and Technology teams to develop deep analytics and tracking capabilities to read performance, optimize and achieve pre‑determined targets in CPA and ROI Required Skills 2+ years of in‑house marketing experience and/or digital agency in paid social media marketing Rigorously analytical and data‑driven, advanced quantitative skills; obsessed over the impact of your campaigns Must have deep experience in paid ads for Facebook, Instagram and preferably TikTok Expert knowledge of Facebook ads tools including Lookalike audiences, Dynamic Ads, Retargeting, etc. Strong knowledge in analytics and attribution tools including Google Analytics or equivalents. Able to design and understand comprehensive tracking system including cross‑device attribution Strong experience executing online performance‑based media objectives Startup minded, positive, hands‑on attitude and nimble Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced entrepreneurial Nice‑to‑have's Previous experience in fashion or luxury industry #J-18808-Ljbffr
