Job Overview
The Event Marketing Manager will lead the strategy, planning, and execution of brand events and activations that will be critical for business growth, brand development, and community building. This position will also work alongside company leaders to develop marketing strategy for the wholesale and e-commerce business. This role requires a creative, innovative thinker and strategic, hands‑on marketing professional who has a passion for connecting with people and a talent for identifying trends within the fashion and marketing industry.

Work Type: HYBRID – Partial in Office 4 days / Partial Remote 1 day
Position Duties / Responsibilities
General Marketing
Identify marketing trends and propose innovative ideas for marketing initiatives
Partner with the Marketing Director to develop marketing strategies that promote brand awareness and wholesale and e‑commerce growth
Manage direct reports, fostering strong performance and career growth, as they support the marketing team in tandem
Work cross‑functionally with the creative, e‑commerce, sales, buying, and M&D teams to support business needs
Event Marketing
Lead the development of experiential marketing strategies aligned with brand identity, marketing objectives, and business goals
Oversee the planning and end‑to‑end execution of in‑person and virtual events and activations to build brand equity and foster community among influencers, retailers, consumers, and partners.
Manage the events calendar and budget to maximize resources and impact
Concept and direct the creation of integrated marketing materials that support events and elevate the brand
Source venues, vendors, materials, and talent, and then, negotiate contracts, secure resources, and oversee event logistics
Own event production from pre‑production through post‑production, managing timelines, assets, and workflows via Asana and Figma
Manage communication with internal teams, stakeholders, brand partners, vendors, and external agencies
Collaborate with the Wholesale Marketing Manager on retail events, sponsorships, and pop‑ups to drive brand loyalty and increase sales
Monitor and evaluate event performance, delivering insights and recommendations to inform future strategy
Support the development of event communications, presentations, signage, and brand elements
Supervisory Responsibilities
Directly supervises 1‑2 employees within the marketing department
Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws
Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems
Qualifications / Experience / Skills / Competencies
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
4‑5 years of event marketing and/or related experience required
Experience working with a fashion brand required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Apps required
Experience with Asana, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite a plus
Experience with managing budgets and building decks preferred
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills with an analytical and strategic mind
Highly organized with careful attention to detail
Works well in a collaborative and fast‑paced environment
Creative thinker and up to date on emerging marketing trends
Excellent project management skills with flexibility to switch between multiple projects
Enjoy working in a creative and high‑energy environment that requires flexibility as we build a dynamic and fast‑growing marketing program
Physical Demands / Work Environment
This is a hybrid office‑based role requiring frequent sitting, standing, and walking. The position requires continual use of computers and office equipment, finger and eyesight dexterity and occasional lifting of items over 10‑25 pounds. Work is primarily conducted in an air‑conditioned office environment or home office setting with occasional outside weather conditions. Work frequently performed outdoors during events and at offsite locations both indoors and outdoors.

Position Salary Range
$80,000 – $95,000 Annually
As required by applicable Pay Transparency laws, Z SUPPLY provides a range of compensation for roles that may be hired in locations under these requirements. To determine starting pay within the hiring range, we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location, role/level, a candidate’s skills, experience, market demands, internal parity and other relevant factors. Flexibility outside of the salary range listed may be considered based on additional skills or qualifications a candidate may possess that may justify additional compensation. Company paid health benefits, PTO, bonus and other various company perks are not included in the salary range listed above and are considered additional compensation.
