Position Overview We’re seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) to drive new logo acquisition and expand our executive search services into emerging and established markets. In this role, you’ll identify and engage with key decision-makers—Founders, CEOs, CHROs, and Talent Leaders—at companies that are building out or optimizing their leadership teams. You’ll work closely with our executive recruiters and leadership team to position Peskind Executive Search as a trusted talent partner, uncovering new opportunities and cultivating strong client relationships from the ground up. Key Responsibilities Proactively identify and engage new potential clients across a variety of verticals (technology, healthcare, finance, GovTech, etc.) Conduct outreach via email, phone, LinkedIn, and networking to build a robust pipeline of executive search opportunities Qualify prospects and set meetings for the leadership team to pitch our retained, contingency, or consulting search models Understand clients' leadership hiring needs and challenges to tailor recruitment solutions effectively Collaborate with recruiters and leadership to ensure smooth handoffs and successful client onboarding Track all interactions and opportunities in the CRM and maintain detailed records of communication and status Attend industry events, conferences, and virtual meetups to expand your network and grow brand visibility Meet and exceed activity KPIs and revenue-based sales goals Qualifications 2–5 years of experience in business development or sales, ideally in executive search, staffing, SaaS, or professional services Proven track record of generating leads and closing new business in a B2B environment Strong understanding of executive hiring cycles, recruitment processes, or the passive candidate market is a major plus Excellent communication, relationship-building, and consultative selling skills Comfortable speaking with C-level executives and building trust with senior decision-makers Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven with a startup-minded attitude Experience with CRMs like HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent What We Offer Uncapped commission Flexible remote or hybrid work options Opportunity to work with a growing team in a high-impact, high-growth industry Professional development and mentorship from industry leaders A chance to work alongside some of the most innovative companies and technologies in the world Apply Today!
