Channel Account Manager – DACH (m/f/d) Location: Germany, remote
About the Role
For our client, we are looking for an Channel Account Manager for the DACH region . This is a high-visibility role with frequent interaction with senior leadership and close collaboration with internal sales, technical, and marketing teams. The position focuses on building and expanding a strong channel-led pipeline to support continued regional growth.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is passionate about sales, and enjoys working with distributors, resellers, system integrators, OEM partners, and managed security service providers.
Our client is a leader in Operational Technology (OT) and Internet of Things (IoT) cybersecurity, providing a comprehensive platform for real-time visibility, threat detection, and risk management in critical infrastructure and industrial environments.
Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a regional channel partner strategy for the DACH market
Recruit targeted channel partners and support onboarding into the partner program
Provide ongoing sales and technical enablement to the partner ecosystem
Manage and grow relationships with channel and technology partners
Track, analyze, and present regular partner performance and pipeline metrics
Achieve and exceed quarterly sales booking targets
Meet or exceed defined channel objectives and key results (OKRs)
Stay current with emerging technologies, cybersecurity trends, and industry developments
Represent the organization at industry trade shows and relevant conferences
Collaborate closely with Marketing to design and execute partner campaigns, promotions, and awareness initiatives
Support the execution of channel strategy and broader business objectives as needed
Your Profile Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or equivalent professional experience
Proven experience in technology, software, or information security sales
Demonstrated success in building scalable partner ecosystems that generate measurable and repeatable revenue
Strong performance mindset with a consistent record of exceeding targets
Established relationships within the regional channel partner ecosystem
Solid understanding of operational technology (OT) environments and solution alignment
Experience building and/or managing regional channel programs for a software vendor (preferably IoT / OT Security)
Familiarity with public sector or regulated industry ecosystems is an advantage
Ability to work effectively in a remote setup
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Fluency in English and German (spoken and written)
Willingness to travel regularly, sometimes on short notice
