Territory: Central TX and surrounding areas

Essential Functions
Develop and execute a strategic territory sales plan in partnership with your manager
Drive new business through proactive prospecting, cold calling, and lead qualification
Conduct in‑person sales calls and presentations with both current customers and new prospects
Build long‑term, value‑driven customer relationships
Collaborate with technical support and customer service teams to deliver solutions that exceed expectations
Leverage CRM and sales tools to effectively manage your pipeline, territory, and time
Consistently achieve and exceed revenue and growth targets
Experience, Education and Skills
High School Diploma or equivalent required
2‑year technical degree preferred (Fluid Power, Industrial Technology, Mechanical or related discipline) or equivalent combination of education and experience
2+ years of industrial sales experience (fluid power experience strongly preferred)
Experience selling mobile hydraulic service and repair solutions is a plus
Working knowledge of hydraulic equipment repair/rebuild for mobile and industrial machinery is advantageous
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
Strong relationship‑building and communication skills
Proficiency with CRM systems and standard computer applications
Valid driver’s license required
Ability to travel overnight as needed
This role is field‑based and requires regular on‑site customer visits in industrial environments, driving moderate to long distances, and occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.
