Job Type: Full‑time Primary Responsibilities Manage client accounts, identifying coverage gaps and recommending solutions Support Producers with new/renewal business, proposals, quotes, and policy accuracy Handle service requests (certificates, endorsements, audits, cancellations) promptly Deliver exceptional client service with a fast, professional response Experience and Skills Property & Casualty license and 3+ years of commercial insurance service experience Strong knowledge of insurance products, markets, and underwriting Excellent communication, organization, and client service skills Professional designations (CIC, CPCU, CRM, CISR, ARM) preferred Applied Epic experience preferred but not a deal breaker #J-18808-Ljbffr
