Employer Industry: Medical Supplies and Equipment Why consider this job opportunity: Anticipated first-year guarantee of $100,000 with the potential for more Minimum base salary of $75,000, with eligibility for 100% commission/Spiffs Bonus eligible position Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance; 401(k) with company match Business casual, entrepreneurial work environment with strong growth potential Commitment to diversity and inclusion, fostering a supportive workplace culture What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): Manage relationships with existing accounts, generating revenue on assigned accounts Create demand for the employer's products and services by working with National & Regional accounts Build and maintain sales territory of smaller accounts in secondary and tertiary markets Conduct regular status and strategy meetings with customers to align their needs with product/service strategies Coordinate sales forecasts and manage co-op accruals while setting up new customers in the employer's systems What is Required (Qualifications): Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of quota-based sales experience in cold calling and full‑cycle sales, or at least 5 years of similar experience Intermediate skill level in SAP Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Excel, including functions like SUM, chart insertion, and sorting Strong background in sales and customer relationship management Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): Experience in the medical supplies and equipment industry Proven track record of exceeding sales targets Strong understanding of customer needs and market trends Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to adapt to a fast‑paced and changing environment We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal‑opportunity employment.
