Digital Marketing & Ecommerce Manager Location: Corporate Office – Earth City, MO (Hybrid: 3–4 days in-office/week) Overview Leads the company’s e-commerce platform and digital marketing initiatives to drive online revenue, lead generation, and brand engagement. This role blends technical e-commerce management with creative content and marketing automation—partnering closely with sales, IT, and marketing leadership to deliver measurable business growth. Key Responsibilities Manage and optimize the Adobe Commerce (Magento) e-commerce platform Oversee website content, landing pages, promotions, and product optimization Develop and execute email, social, paid, and organic digital campaigns Manage marketing automation and CRM integrations (Marketo, HubSpot, Dynamics, or similar) Track performance using Google Analytics and campaign reporting tools Collaborate with IT and vendors on platform updates and technical improvements Support lead generation, MQL development, and campaign ROI tracking Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or related field 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing and/or e-commerce Experience with Adobe Commerce (Magento), CRM, and marketing automation tools Strong HTML/CSS knowledge and SEO/SEM expertise Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and analytics platforms Strong communication and project management skills Work Environment Hybrid corporate office setting Occasional travel ( #J-18808-Ljbffr
