Full job description Join Santa Rosa’s premier roofing services company as a Residential Roofing Account Manager ! We’re looking for a sales-savvy, strategic thinker who’s ready to drive growth, build lasting customer relationships, and take charge of high-impact residential roofing projects. What You’ll Do: Estimate residential roofing projects using software tools like Hover or EagleView Manage client relationships from lead to close Develop strategic contracts and pricing proposals Work with our talented team to deliver exceptional service and results Be the go-to roofing expert in your market What You Bring: 5+ years in Residential Roofing Sales & Estimating Type A go-getter personality – you're proactive , driven , think strategically , and thrive on solving complex problems with confidence and precision. Bachelor’s degree (preferred) Proven success in customer negotiations with a high achiever track record. Financial smarts – know your margins, costs, and pricing strategies Passion for delivering top-quality work and building trust with customers Will be comfortable inspecting roofs and climbing ladders You live in Santa Rosa, CA or in a commutable distance – this is an on-site position.
