Representative Role Overview An investment firm, fund manager, or capital advisory group may seek a Fundraising Strategy Manager to support the planning, execution, and optimization of capital raising initiatives. This role focuses on fundraising strategy development, investor targeting, analytics, and LP-facing materials , working closely with senior leadership, investor relations, and placement teams.
Key Responsibilities Support development and execution of fundraising strategies across investment funds and vehicles
Analyze investor pipelines, fundraising progress, and capital commitments
Conduct LP market research and segmentation across institutional and private investors
Prepare fundraising decks, pitch materials, and investor communications
Track fundraising KPIs, timelines, and capital inflows versus targets
Support coordination with placement agents, advisors, and internal investment teams
Assist with due diligence requests, data room preparation, and investor follow-ups
Contribute to long-term capital formation planning and market positioning
Desired Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, or a related discipline
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
Interest in fundraising, investor relations, and capital markets
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Prior internship or experience in finance, investor relations, consulting, capital advisory, or asset management is beneficial
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM or investor tracking tools is a plus
