Salary Range: $85,000.00 To $100,000.00 Annually
Summary
The Enterprise Business Development Lead is responsible for driving revenue growth by leveraging an in-depth understanding of the company’s services, solutions, and value proposition. This role focuses on improving overall business performance through strategic relationship management, cross-functional collaboration, and effective leadership. The Enterprise Business Development Lead will drive initiatives that align with organizational goals while guiding and developing the broader business development team.
Responsibilities
Prospect Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with prospects.
Conduct discovery conversations to understand prospect needs.
Maintain consistent follow-up and pipeline management to ensure strong conversion rates.
Conduct Research on target industries and prospective clients.
Analyze prospective client needs, competitive landscape, and market trends.
Present findings and recommendations to leadership and business development team members.
Use data and analytics to guide decision making and refine sales approaches.
Coaching and Team Development
Provide feedback and coaching to business development team members based on prospective client interactions and outcomes.
Support business development through presentations and training initiatives aimed at increasing sales efficiency and effectiveness.
Share best practices and effective sales techniques to improve team performance.
Reporting and Performance Monitoring
Monitor, track, and report on sales metrics and trends.
Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline documentation.
Provide regular updates to leadership regarding sales activities, forecasts, and results.
Identify areas for process improvement and recommend solutions.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field required.
Experience selling a service required.
3+ years of experience leading a sales team required.
5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a related role preferred.
Experience with a longer, complex sales cycle preferred.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong understanding of consultative selling methodologies.

Monthly commission (uncapped)
