
Personal Lines Sales (Account) Manager

Job Summary
Seeking a motivated and experienced Personal Lines Sales/Account Manager to join a growing team. This role is integral to the agency's success, as it continues to expand and provide exceptional service to clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal lines insurance, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships. This is an in‑office position, offering a collaborative and team‑oriented work environment.
Compensation Package
Salary Range: $60,000 - $75,000 annually (commensurate with experience)
Incentives: Percentage of all new business written
Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package provided
Responsibilities
Manage a book of business with approximately 1,800 active clients, focusing on personal lines such as auto, home, umbrella, and boat insurance.
Quote and bind new business, issue policies, and update the management system.
Re‑market existing policies as needed to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Collaborate with the team to meet sales goals and contribute to the agency's growth.
Effectively communicate with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate coverage options.
Close sales and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Qualifications / Requirements
Licenses: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
Experience: 3‑5 years of experience in personal lines insurance preferred, but candidates with strong knowledge of insurance markets will also be considered.
Software: Experience with HawkSoft is a plus but not required.
