We are seeking a reliable, organized Production Coordinator to support daily operations between production, sales, and scheduling. This role ensures jobs move efficiently from order to production to delivery. Description A team member that follows daily, weekly, and monthly tasks to allow production and sales teams to focus on execution while maintaining clear communication and job flow. Daily Activities Include Coordinate production scheduling and job tracking Communicate order status between sales, production, and shipping Track jobs from order entry through completion Assist with inventory and material flow Support reporting and documentation for operations Applicable Skills and Expertise Strong organization and attention to detail Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Clear communication (verbal and written) Problem-solving and follow-through Experience in manufacturing or construction preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
