Job Description You will be the Low Observables Control Account Manager for the Signature Management & Survivability Team which is responsible for delivering cutting‑edge survivability solutions on classified ISR & UAS programs.
What You Will Be Doing Your Responsibilities Will Include Develop Basis of Estimates (BOE’s) and maintain a budget baseline across multiple job functions within the Survivability organization.
Align contracts, identify risks and opportunities, and drive corrective actions.
Collaborate regularly with Signature Integration, Low Observables Materials, Electromagnetics Design, Hardware, and Supportable Low Observables teams to review actuals and staffing levels.
Partner with LM Program Management and Finance to baseline and execute budgets in accordance with contract awards.
Brief Senior Program and Signature Management leadership on contractual scope and financial considerations.

Desired Skills Active DoD Top Secret Security Clearance or TS//SCI
Previous experience in low observables (LO), survivability, or susceptibility
Control Account Manager (CAM) Certification
Prior contracts or finance background
Strong analytical and financial acumen
Ability to drive cross functional collaboration and influence stakeholders
Expert using financial planning tools including APTS, ROADS and Vemo
