This is not a strategy or planning role; it is centered around campaign execution. Required Skills & Experience 3–5 years of experience in Marketing Operations or Campaign Execution . Hands‑on experience with marketing automation and email platforms such as HubSpot , Salesforce , or similar tools. Strong experience with audience segmentation, workflow automation, email campaign builds, and QA processes. Ability to follow structured briefs and execute campaigns with high accuracy and minimal error. Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills, with a focus on operational excellence.
