Service Writer – Heavy Duty Trucks

US Tech Force is looking for a Service Writer to create customer relationships and build long-term loyalty for the store. Service Writer Responsibilities: Develop relationships with customers through successful management of product or service delivery Assist in handling customer complaints and concerns Maintain customer profiles in computer system Tracks repairs and their causes Verify service contract coverage Process warranty and Product Improvement Claims. Log parts needed and how much time should be allocated to make the repair Schedules the appropriate technician for the repairs Convey information to the customer in a timely fashion. Assure all work orders are closed on a timely basis. Service Writer Requirements: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent Must have experience working on heavy duty trucks 2-plus years of experience in a service advisor role strongly preferred Experience or certification with specific manufacturer is a bonus Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record Benefits: Medical, dental and vision benefits are offered #J-18808-Ljbffr
