About the Role This is a client-facing role responsible for the day-to-day servicing and renewal execution for a defined book of commercial accounts. Clients depend on our AMs for responsiveness, clarity, and follow-through. Internally, this role keeps renewals organized, well-marketed, and on schedule. Responsibilities Account Management Oversee the day-to-day maintenance and servicing of assigned commercial accounts. Manage endorsements, certificates of insurance, evidence of insurance, auto ID cards, and policy-related support. Ensure accurate and timely client documentation, including policies, endorsements, invoices, binders, certificates, and other essential records. Maintain clean, complete documentation and activity in the agency management system. Communicate proactively with clients and internal teams to drive requests to completion. Marketing Own the marketing process end-to-end, including data collection, submissions, marketing, quote analysis, binding, and delivery. Coordinate closely with producers on marketing strategy, negotiation approach, and client communication cadence. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of carrier underwriting requirements and appetite to position accounts effectively. Support quarterly and annual account review scheduling and preparation. Assist in preparing renewal deliverables that clearly explain options, recommendations, and tradeoffs. Identify coverage gaps, inconsistencies, and areas for program improvement, and coordinate recommendations with the producer. Coordinate claims and loss control activity as needed to support a steady client experience. Qualifications Willingness to learn all aspects of brokerage operations, including claims handling, procedures, rating, agency management systems, and applicable insurance laws and codes. Proficiency working in an electronic environment.
