Position Overview:
As a Business Development Representative , you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and managing the complete sales cycle. Your role will involve prospecting, qualifying leads, conducting product presentations, and closing deals. This position is ideal for a motivated individual looking to grow within a leading technology company and maximize their earning potential.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for full-cycle sales, from lead generation to deal closure
Conduct outbound prospecting (calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other outreach strategies) to identify and qualify new business opportunities
Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in various industries
Present and demonstrate company products and solutions to prospective clients
Collaborate with internal teams, including product specialists and technical support, to ensure a seamless sales process
Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems
Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies
Qualifications:
6+ months of sales experience (preferably in B2B, technology, or manufacturing)
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to drive revenue growth
Ability to learn and articulate technical product offerings to potential customers
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic sales environment
