
Summer Business Development Representative

Overview We’re hiring at least 2 Summer Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to support our outbound sales efforts. This is a hands-on role for college students or recent grads who want real experience and exposure to B2B sales.
You’ll work directly with our founding team and help generate new opportunities for the business.
Responsibilities Research and identify potential customers
Build targeted outbound lists using LinkedIn and other tools
Run outbound outreach (email, LinkedIn, light calling)
Qualify inbound and outbound leads
Schedule intro meetings for senior sales team members
Maintain clean and accurate CRM records
Qualifications Currently enrolled undergraduate or recent graduate
Comfortable reaching out to new people
Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
Curious about consulting, sales, climate, or infrastructure
No prior sales experience required — training provided
Nice to Have (Not Required) Interest in climate tech, real estate, public sector, or energy
Prior internship or customer-facing experience
Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or CRM tools
