Kforce has a client in Tempe, AZ that is seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Marketing Operations Project Specialist to support day-to-day marketing operations, coordination, and execution. This role partners closely with cross-functional teams to help keep marketing initiatives organized, on track, and moving forward in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and support marketing initiatives, campaigns, and operational workflows
Track tasks, timelines, and deliverables to ensure projects stay on schedule
Maintain documentation, status updates, and basic reporting for marketing activities
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, operations, and other stakeholders
Support content, media, or digital marketing workflows as needed
Assist with campaign execution, creative production support, or launch coordination
Help identify process improvements and support evolving marketing operations needs

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Foundational understanding of marketing concepts and workflows
Basic project management experience, including task tracking and deadline management
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work effectively across teams and functions
Preferred Skills & Experience:
3-5 years of experience in marketing coordination, marketing operations, product operations, or project coordination
Experience supporting media networks, digital marketing, or content operations
Familiarity with project management and marketing tools such as Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, or PI planning methodologies
Exposure to creative production, campaign support, or launch coordination
Comfort with basic reporting, metrics, or simple data analysis
Ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving, and occasionally ambiguous environments
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
