
Marketing Assistant

KUTV is seeking a detail oriented and organized Marketing Assistant for our Director of Sales and Marketing.
Responsibilities Efficiently work with the station staff and managers
Answer phone calls and deliver messages promptly
Provide reports to the sales managers
Maintain scheduling and calendars
Many and varied administrative duties
Requirements 3+ years' Administrative Assistant or Executive Assistant required
Skilled with Outlook, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word programs
Experience with business writing and correspondence
Skilled with Multi-line phone system
Attention to detail is essential
Ability to meet strict deadlines
