Overview Job Title: Account Executive – Women’s Jewelry & Accessories
We are seeking a highly connected Account Executive with a proven track record selling women’s fashion jewelry and accessories into off-price, specialty channels. This role is designed for a wholesale seller who can bring business and leverage existing buyer relationships. This is not an entry-level or build-from-scratch role. The ideal candidate already has strong buyer relationships and can open 2–3 meaningful accounts.
Responsibilities Drive wholesale sales for women’s fashion jewelry and accessories across off-price, specialty, and department store channels
Leverage existing buyer relationships to open 2–3 accounts within the first 6–12 months
Generate $1–2MM+ in annual sales through established and new accounts
Own the full sales cycle: line presentations, pricing, order writing, follow-ups, reorders, and account growth
Present seasonal collections during market, line reviews, and buyer appointments (in-person and virtual)
Partner with buyers on assortment strategy, pricing architecture, and volume opportunities
Identify off-price opportunities including special buys, closeouts, and high-volume programs
Maintain strong communication with internal teams to ensure product readiness, delivery timelines, and account execution
Track forecasts, sales performance, and account activity with accuracy and accountability
Required Experience & Profile 5–10+ years of wholesale sales experience in women’s fashion jewelry and/or accessories
Demonstrated success selling into off-price retailers, department stores, and specialty chains
Established buyer relationships that can convert into near-term business
Proven ability to generate $1–2MM+ in annual sales
Strong understanding of pricing, margin structures, and volume-driven programs
Confident negotiator with excellent presentation and relationship-management skills
Self-directed, results-oriented, and comfortable working with minimal ramp-up time

Off-Price: TJX, Ross, Burlington, Nordstrom Rack, Saks Off 5th
Department Stores: Macy’s, Bloomingdale’s, Nordstrom, Dillard’s
Specialty / Regional Chains & Key Independents
Salary $75,000 – $100,000 + 2% commission
