About The Role We’re looking for a results-driven Manager, Walmart eCommerce & Channel Marketing to lead growth strategy and execution for Walmart.com. This role will own digital sales performance, optimize online assortment, drive digital shelf excellence, and lead cross-functional initiatives across merchandising, media, supply chain, and marketing.
Key Responsibilities: Own Walmart.com sales growth including assortment strategy, pricing, and promotions
Drive digital shelf excellence across content, SEO, conversion, and ratings & reviews
Lead Walmart Connect media strategy to maximize ROAS and digital incrementality
Analyze performance metrics and translate insights into actionable growth plans
Ensure inventory readiness and strong in-stock performance in partnership with Sales & Supply Chain
Manage item setup, content syndication, and catalog optimization within Walmart systems
Identify growth opportunities including new launches and omni-channel initiatives
What We're Looking For: 3–5 years of experience in Walmart eCommerce, digital sales, or channel marketing
Strong knowledge of the Walmart ecosystem (Retail Link, Scintilla, Item 360, Walmart Connect)
Advanced Excel and strong analytical skills
Experience with content optimization tools such as Salsify, Syndigo, Profitero, or Pacvue (preferred)
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
