We are partnered with a fast-growing technology company operating at the intersection of eMobility, digital platforms, and energy. Their work focuses on building reliable, scalable infrastructure that enables seamless collaboration across a global ecosystem of partners. They are currently searching for a Business Development Representative to support their growth across the DACH region. Responsibilities Identify and research potential clients across the DACH region, with a strong focus on Germany. Generate and qualify new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, and targeted campaigns. Engage with key stakeholders across the eMobility ecosystem including CPOs, EMPs, automotive OEMs, and EVSE providers. Build early-stage relationships with prospective clients, introducing the company’s solutions and creating commercial opportunities. Collaborate closely with the sales team to transition qualified leads into active opportunities and support pipeline development. Work alongside Marketing and Sales Operations to ensure alignment on messaging, outreach strategies, and lead generation activities. Monitor market developments, customer needs, and competitive dynamics within the eMobility ecosystem. Maintain accurate CRM records and track pipeline development, outreach activity, and lead qualification. Requirements 3+ years’ experience in business development, lead generation, or B2B sales, ideally within eMobility, technology, or SaaS environments. Strong understanding of the DACH market and its business landscape. Experience in outbound prospecting and building early-stage relationships with prospective clients. Existing familiarity with the eMobility ecosystem including CPOs, EMPs, automotive players, or EV infrastructure providers is highly advantageous. Strong communication and relationship-building skills with a consultative approach to sales. Experience working with CRM systems and modern sales tools, with strong pipeline discipline and organisation. #J-18808-Ljbffr
