Content Marketing Specialist
Ranken Technical College, Saint Louis, MO, United States
Position Overview
Ranken Technical College is seeking a creative, strategic Content Marketing Specialist to lead the development of compelling, results-driven content that showcases our students, programs, and impact. In this role, you will own the full content lifecycle—from planning and capture to creation, distribution, and performance analysis, helping bring the Ranken experience to life across digital channels. You will play a key role in driving engagement, strengthening brand awareness, and supporting enrollment goals.
This is a full-time, primarily in-office position based at our Main Campus in St. Louis, Missouri, with potential for transition to a hybrid schedule based on performance. Standard hours are 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday; however, some evening and weekend work is required to capture content during events and evening classes. Occasional regional travel to satellite locations (Wentzville, Troy, Perryville, and Ashland, MO) and off-site events is required. Travel will not involve overnight stays.
A Day in the Life
One morning, you might hear about a student project and be filming it within minutes—interviewing students, capturing footage, and shaping a story on the fly. That afternoon, you are editing content, scheduling posts, and reviewing what is performing. In between, you are connecting with people, finding new story opportunities, or heading to a satellite location to catch a big project’s completion. No two days look the same—and that is exactly the point.
