This is a new position being created to help keep up with growth and business and this company has a proven track record of success for nearly three decades.
You Will:
Work across a variety of event types: transportation coordination, décor, teambuilding, dine-arounds, entertainment, gifting, and more.
Participate in creative brainstorming and concept development alongside sales and design teams.
Note: This is a remote plus travel position
Position Requirements:
At least 3 years’ related experience in conference/corporate event planning
Excellent writing and presentation skills
3rd party or Destination Management preferred
Demonstrate previous high-level experience with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Software
Demonstrated ability in developing strategies for effective program operations
Creativity and strong communication, presentation, and customer service skills
Ability to prioritize workload and handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
Ability to monthly for tradeshows, site visits, program execution and industry events
Compensation Package:
$72,000 - $82,000, plus uncapped commission (est $5 - $10k for first year), year end bonus, comprehensive health benefits, 401k with company match, IT package, Flexible PTO and much more!
